As soon as a child has a tooth, they can get cavities. But just because something is possible doesn’t mean it’s likely. Unfortunately, tooth decay in very young children is more common than you think.

Leaving these teeth untreated may lead to pain, premature tooth loss, serious infections and also affect the underlying adult teeth.
